The spaceThe main level has 3 bedrooms (1 master) - all with comfortable King beds. It also has a grand, open format kitchen/living room area, plus a full-length, all-weather sunroom to soak in the view all year round. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the most common cooking equipment, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and kettle. There are 2 full baths on the main level - one in the master suite and one guest bath.
The terrace level has a newly renovated rec room with big comfy leather couches, flat-screen tv, foosball table, ping pong, and plenty of games to fill your days. There is also a bunk room with 6 twin beds and a large bathroom.
A covered terrace just off the rec room shares the lake views. Patio seating, rocking chairs, and a gas BBQ await you on the terrace for a wonderful western looking sunset. The terrace level also has a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the rec room.
Explore the outdoors, with just a short walk or golf cart ride to the private dock on quiet Licklog Creek Cove.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
There is a ring camera located in the carport that faces away from the door.

Getting aroundYou can be anywhere in Hiawassee or Hayesville in less than 20 mins. The Ingles Market is 10 mins from the house and provides all you'll need to whip up gourmet meals. If you want to take the night off, there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, delis, and produce stands nearby.
