Take the foot path or the golf cart down to the dock and spend your days relaxing on the water, or simply enjoy the view from the house, the patio, or the fire pit. When you're done, chill in the rec room until dinner. Launch your boat at either of the 2 nearby boat ramps and tie up at the dock

The space
The main level has 3 bedrooms (1 master) - all with comfortable King beds. It also has a grand, open format kitchen/living room area, plus a full-length, all-weather sunroom to soak in the view all year round. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the most common cooking equipment, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and kettle. There are 2 full baths on the main level - one in the master suite and one guest bath.

The terrace level has a newly renovated rec room with big comfy leather couches, flat-screen tv, foosball table, ping pong, and plenty of games to fill your days. There is also a bunk room with 6 twin beds and a large bathroom.

A covered terrace just off the rec room shares the lake views. Patio seating, rocking chairs, and a gas BBQ await you on the terrace for a wonderful western looking sunset. The terrace level also has a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the rec room.

Explore the outdoors, with just a short walk or golf cart ride to the private dock on quiet Licklog Creek Cove.

Additional notes
Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

There is a ring camera located in the carport that faces away from the door.

We are available any time of the day to answer questions or help solve problems. We have a network of folks in the area we can call at anytime to make sure your vacation is uninterrupted.

The neighborhood is quiet with friendly, laid-back lake people.
Getting around
You can be anywhere in Hiawassee or Hayesville in less than 20 mins. The Ingles Market is 10 mins from the house and provides all you'll need to whip up gourmet meals. If you want to take the night off, there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, delis, and produce stands nearby.

> Heavenly Bake Shop (in Young Harris) has the best pies, breads, and pastries you will ever eat. (only open Th-Sat 7a-3p)
> Nocturnal Brewing (in Hayesville) has great beer and great food and a wonderful patio.
>The local antiques and thrift stores are a treasure hunter's dream. They are located all over, with many less than 15 mins from the house.

>Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds - (15 mins) public events throughout the year
>Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area - (10 mins) U.S. national forest rec area with mountain biking and hiking trails, and a lake-front picnic area and swim beach.
>Mountain Harbor Golf Course - (5 mins) 18 hole course open to the public
>Fires Creek Recreation Area - (25 mins) U.S. national forest rec area with opportunities for trout fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and picnicking
>Upper Nantahala River national forest area - (25 mins) hiking (including the AT), trout fishing, horseback riding
