The Space The main level has 3 bedrooms (1 master) - all with comfortable King beds. It also has a grand, open format kitchen/living room area, plus a full-length, all-weather sunroom to soak in the view all year round. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the most common cooking equipment, including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and kettle. There are 2 full baths on the main level - one in the master suite and one guest bath. The terrace level has a newly renovated rec room with big comfy leather couches, flat-screen tv, foosball table, ping pong, and plenty of games to fill your days. There is also a bunk room with 6 twin beds and a large bathroom. A covered terrace just off the rec room shares the lake views. Patio seating, rocking chairs, and a gas BBQ await you on the terrace for a wonderful western looking sunset. The terrace level also has a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the rec room. Explore the outdoors, with just a short walk or golf cart ride to the private dock on quiet Licklog Creek Cove. Guest Access The front door has a keypad entrance. We will provide the code before your stay. Neighborhood The neighborhood is quiet with friendly, laid-back lake people. Interaction We are available any time of the day to answer questions or help solve problems. We have a network of folks in the area we can call at anytime to make sure your vacation is uninterrupted. Other things to note There is a ring camera located in the carport that faces away from the door. Getting Around You can be anywhere in Hiawassee or Hayesville in less than 20 mins. The Ingles Market is 10 mins from the house and provides all you'll need to whip up gourmet meals.
